Egyptian "Hakim" Bayonet
Circa 1950s

This bayonet - except for the wooden grips - is basically a Swedish Model 1896 Rifle Bayonet . It was intended to be used on the Egyptian "Hakim" 7.92mm Rifle (apparently based on the Swedish Ljungman M42).

Wood grips, blued steel construction, double edged. Scabbard is blued steel.
