Large Caliber Powder Flask

Unusual pattern depicting three birds - two smaller above, one larger below - trapped in a mesh net.
Screw-off top, unusual in that the fixed charger spout is capped by a twist-on measuring cup. Presumed to deliver a consistent amount of powder if filled to the same level every time; zinc body (~4" x ~2" x ~1") with brass top. No valve or spring is employed.
