French "Dog Scene" Powder Flask

This flask is believed French in that it has a commonly accepted French shape and dog scene - a hunt results image depicting, lower: dead birds, rabbits; upper: hunting bag, French horn, powder flask, crossed guns, and a lion's head holding all this in its jaws.
"Boche-type" plunger charger with sight glass, 5-setting adjustable charger (4.5 to 6.5 drams).
Heavy brass screw-off top, ivory knob on plunger; copper body (~5" x ~2-3/4" x ~1-1/4") with four hanger ringlets.
