This is called a "Hanging Game" design obviously because of the scenes depict dead game "hanging" as a result of a successful hunt; in this scene - three pheasants and a deer.
Common top (external spring), 3-setting adjustable charger (unmarked).
Copper body (~6-1/2" x ~3-3/8" x ~1-1/4") with two hanger ringlets; brass top; external blued steel spring.
