This is called a "Hanging Game" design obviously because the scenes depict dead game "hanging" as a result of a successful hunt; in this scene - two ducks.
Common top (external spring), fixed charge (with unscrew spout).
Copper body (~3-1/2" x ~2" x ~1") without hanger ringlets; brass top; external blued steel spring.
