Jonathan Browning Mountain Rifle, .54 caliber black powder, percussion ignition, single set hunting trigger, manufactured circa 1978, unfired with original instruction manual (no box); unfired.
Octagon barrel ~30-3/4"; overall length is ~47". Appears to be a Parkerized-style finish on barrel and lock-plate, brass furniture; walnut stock.
Excellent condition with only minor blemishes (see images).
Must be sold as a used gun although unfired; no warranty implied or given. Please have any gun you intend to shoot - in any fashion - checked by a competent gunsmith.
