Italian Model 1891 Carcano Rifle Bayonet with scabbard and belt frog. Blade has been sharpened; frog has been crudely cut with two slots as if to add a retaining loop for the bayonet hilt.
Overall length is ~16-1/4"; blade length is ~11-3/4".
Wood grips; steel pommel and crossguard (stamped with what appears to be PS??43).
Good condition overall.
