German KS98 Civil or Party Bayonet with Scabbard and Frog

This is a German Civil or Party Baynet with Scabbard and Frog. Unknown maker on bayonet and scabbard; frog is stamped, "GEBRUDER KLINGE / DRESDEN / 1937"; it is also stamped with other marks such as "LB" and another sequence I cannot make out but it appears to start, "I.SONN?????".
Stag grips held in place by pins. Blade is an odd shape spear-point and has been sharpened.
Overall length in scabbard in scabbard is ~13-5/8"; overall length out of scabbard is ~12-3/16". Blade length is ~7-1/2" and is not maker marked.
Overall condition is about good (see images).
