Modelo Argentino 1909 Short Sword or Machete with Scabbard, manufactured by Weyersberg, Kirschbaum and Company of Solingen, Germany.
Matching serial number sword and scabbard, blade still has some of its protective cosmolene coating for storage remaining.
Overall length in scabbard is ~20-5/8"; overall length out of scabbard is ~20"; blade length is ~14-1/2".
Very-good to excellent condition overall; one thumb-size flaw in metal near the Argentine crest (see images).
