This is an original US Navy Mk1 Combat Knife with Scabbard, manufactured circa WWII by Robeson Cutlery Company of Rochester, New York (later Perry, New York). Blade is stamped "Robeson SurEdge / No.20" on right side, "U.S.N. / M.K.1" on the left side.
Knife has an aluminum pommel, leather washer grip, steel cross-guard; blade is blued. Overall length knife is ~9-7/8"; blade length is ~5". Blade may have been lightly sharped but appears to be the factory edge.
Scabbard is gray plastic and is stamped on the throat front, "U.S.N. / MK.1", back is stamped, "NORD - 8114 / B.M. Co. 1/7 v*p*". Scabbard body length is ~5-7/8".
Good condition overall, but needs cleaning.
