This Karud dagger is the straight back cousin to the Pesh Kabz and Khyber Knives. This style of knife is common to Northern India, Persia [Iran] and some Central Asian countries.
T-shaped cross-section blade, ~7-3/4" in length. Geometric cross-hatch patterns on blade flats.
Hilt grips are ivory, with the typical cracking associated with older ivory.
Overall length out of scabbard is ~11-1/2" (including extension on pommel). Overall length in scabbard is ~11-5/8".
Good condition overall.
